[Feature Request] Better tabbar overflow options

  • So one of the things that bugged me the most about Google Chrome (That eventually helped push me back to Firefox), and Vivaldi also inherits this behavior is that tabs in the tab bar will continue to get smaller until you can no longer identify what the tab is.

I know tab stacks are supposed to help alleviate this, but it only does so much.

So I would like some kind of an option to have a tab bar behavior similar to what Firefox has where you can scroll through the tabs once you have so many of them open.

  • This is the only reason I cannot stop using Firefox. Please!

  • I'm not sure if its already present, but you could suggest it here: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/17488/feature-requests-for-1-11/

  • @condoulo
You could use the vertical tab bar, it allows to scroll through all the tabs up and down. Their size is also not getting smaller with every new tab opened.

I get along with that, I'd still prefer multiple tab columns to totally avoid the need for scrolling, but that's just me. o)
