Article button - What is it for?

  • There's a button with the name of "Article" in the bottom left corner of the blog post editor. If I click on it, I get the following error message:
The requested page cannot be found. An error has occurred while processing your request. You may not be able to visit this page because of: an out-of-date bookmark/favourite a mistyped address a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site you have no access to this page If difficulties persist, please contact the System Administrator of this site and report the error below. 500 JForm::getInstance could not load file
How is it supposed to work?

  • At a guess … if you use it, then you'd be entering a summary or introduction in the first field (where I've actually entered my articles) and the full article in another form.

  • Looks like default Joomla's “article” button. That thing shows a list of articles, then you select it and it's pasted as link.

If that's what it is, it's impractical (and should be removed) considering how many posts total will be at vivaldi.net.

  • Thanks, sgunhouse, but there's no field where I can enter a summary (like My Opera's "Post intro"). The Article button opens a modal window that displays a 404 error.

    tenno-seremel:
I never used Joomla. Thanks for your brief explanation.
