Allowing Pop-ups Permanently only Works for One Browser Session
When I allow pop-ups through Vivaldi's pop-up notification button right next to the bookmark button, the setting only works for one session. When I close the browser and re-open it, pop-ups are still blocked from that site.
If I, however, allow pop-ups through Chromium's site settings button to the left of the address field, the setting is permanently saved and pop-ups are allowed across browser sessions. This behavior is inconsistent and is also confusing: why do we have two places in the address bar to control pop-ups?

You have a good point, but I think the answer is: they didn't have time to change it yet... 😉
