Web Panel bug in last update
-
I use facebook messenger as a web panel which work really well, but after the last update, my key presses when typing in the web panel also reflect on the website page i also have open. This can be annoying, but causes a lot of problems when pressing the backspace button!
Only started doing this since the last update (1.5.676.6 (Official Build) (64-bit))
Hopefully I can log this as a bug!

Yes it's also driving me nuts, in the Linux Deb build. I have many web panels, several of which [including this one] i use for reading posts & writing posts... but when i do the latter, the "real" web page on the rhs of the panel steals focus & goes bonkers each time i use a key [whilst i'm typing my post] corresponding to one of my single-key shortcuts [which i'm not trying in these instances to use as a shortcut]. I realise i could stop this by deactivating single-key shortcuts, but that would create other inconveniences. More to the point, this misbehaviour didn't used to occur. BTW, it also occurs now in my DuckDuckGo extension dropdown search box. PS - writing this post took much longer than it should, as the above-described misbehaviour occurred multiple times.

@dan184 Hi! I already reported it here: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/12483/web-panel-bug-after-the-latest-update-v1-5-676-6

@williamd1k0 exactly that!

@Steffie -- pity, not fixed in 1.6.682.3 (Official Build) dev (64-bit).

Until released fix, simply delete the shortcut key Backspace

@CheVe11e_191 -- that's irrelevant for me, i don't use it. The problem keys are 1, 2, 4, 5, -, +.
