[Security Improvement] Webpanel application links should show their link address in the status bar

When using the web panels to host applications such as Gmail, it's really important to be able to see where a link points to before clicking it, it's my principal feedback to detect fishing attempts (beyond the obvious). The same functionality that the standard view has (showing the link under the cursor in the status bar) should be applied there as well, or in the spirit of customization, an option should be provided to toggle show/hide hyperlinks in the status bar for web panels.
Thanks for the amazing job, I'm absolutely loving Vivaldi! So far this is the only itch I need scratched!
