Just thought I share this from Piriform for those of you who are having problem with Speed dial after using Ccleaner. It may have been posted before but Just in case.Megan (Piriform Support)

Hi,Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this problem with Vivaldi's Speed Dial after using CCleaner.
- Open CCleaner > click Options > Exclude
- Click Add > File > Browse
- Navigate to: C:\Users(user folder)\AppData\Local\Vivaldi\User Data\Default
- Click on the "Top Sites" file > click Open > OK.

Not sure which OS you're using, but if you're using Windows 10, you shouldn't use CCleaner or any kind of cleaner apps. They disrupt some features like search.
