Memory leak with Vivaldi 1.5.658.3 (32-Bit), Win7 64Bit, 16GB and Avira Antivirus?

  • Hi,

    I'm not sure whether "reporting" this here is the right place, but I thought it'd be better here than in the blog release post.

    Issue:
    Vivaldi 1.5.658.3 (32-Bit)
    on Win7 64 Bit, 16GB RAM in combination with Avira AntiVirus
    -> memory leak

    First time ever seeing this.

    Windows showed me a message box, saying I should close a few programs to prevent data loss or something like that and within a few secs the screen went black before I could interact with the system. Well, as there was not really any data that I was afraid of losing I pressed the reset button and went to the event log of which I posted the relevant part of the event above.

    Again, first time ever seeing this. I hope the info provided helps.
