Flash?? Problem
-
As with the latest version of Vivaldi beta (1.5.638.3 (Official Build) (32-bit)) I've come to notice that speedtest.net does not work. It says that "Adobe Flash Player is out of date" Speedtest.net works just fine with google chrome latest.

I have this problem too, looks like Chrome disabled flash, see my post and download flash directly from Adobe.

Opera ditched built-in flash long time ago! Better to download it (and update) straight from Adobe.
But is it safe to enable flash in plugins to be able to run always?
Now that we talk plugins, I just recently installed latest V 1.4 and I noticed that Edge is still marked as PDF handler and no way to change that in Win 10. It appears that Vivaldi installation didn't register fully or something, then again I installed it to appdata instead of program files.
Do not download Adobe PDF Reader - it's poison!

Flash works fine on the latest version of Google Chrome. Now, in the latest version of Vivaldi Dev Flash is outdated. What exactly is happening? Are we to keep flash updated manually? What is the Vivaldi team plans for Flash plugin on Vivaldi?

@TbGbe Actually flash player should be already able to self update, check in control panel. I checked and it already updated to 23.0.0.207, both versions (plugin and PPAPI version)

Yes - if installed from Adobe. But not if users were relying on the embedded Chrome version (which was removed).
