Diacritical marks display problem
-
I've ran into problems with polish diactrical marks. Only certain fonts seem to have this problem, I notice it mostly on Facebook. You can see the issue below (the letter 'ó' seems to blend in with the following letter): I must mention that none of my other browsers have problems with properly displaying these diactrical marks. It's only in Vivaldi. I haven't noticed any other leters than 'ó' blending yet, but it's possible that some diactrical signs from other languages have that problem too. My system is Windows 10.

As you don't mention which fonts are affected, a link to an example url (or more) would help - preferably ones that do not require log-in
That way we could at least reproduce and eliminate if e.g. extensions are affecting this.Also, some details of your system and Vivaldi version.

It looks to me like the characters with diacritics are from a different font than the rest (compare with "thinner" ą and ć in the image) or that there's some other major problem displaying the font.

@Gwen-Dragon:
The used font has a broken kerning table. As a result the character width for diacritic signs are incorrectly calculated and rendered.
May be some installed and used Windows fonts are broken.Wow, you must be right! I had checked and the affected font seemed to be Helvetica. Once I uninstalled it, everything was back to normal (no more blending marks). So it seems that maybe that's not a browser issue. Thanks.
