Two title bars when using Native Window

Version: 1.5.633.3 (Developer Build) (64-bit), OSX10.12, 2012MBP. As the title says- if I run Vivaldi with Native Window enabled, I get two title bars- one with the minimize/maximize/close buttons on it, and one without, directly beneath it. As an aside, without native window, there is no title bar, and just a tab bar. I'm not sure if that's by design or not, I normally use native window. Did you open new window on macOS Sierra's full-screen mode? I think this problem is same as the following case.
macOS Sierra Full-screen mode issue：Vivaldi Forum
If you did so, you should select this option ( [Dock > Tabs setting >"Manually"] ) on macOS Sierra's System Preferences App. I think this problem will not happen by this setting.
I use Vivaldi 1.5.633.3 on macOS Sierra 10.12 on 2012MBP.
