Feedback about the forum

  • I don't know where is the proper way to post this, so I'll take my chances. I've been browsing the forums with people having issues and when they use the feature of attaching pictures to their posts, the pictures are automatically resized to a smaller resolution, text become impossible to read and so on. Here is a thread with an example: https://vivaldi.net/en-US/forum/vivaldi-browser/15668-downloadfile-http-error-code-404#78187 I've also attached a screenshot of what I have in mind at the end of my post. No matter how it is opened (Open link in new tab, Inspect) the image is automatically resized to something smaller and can't be read. In that notion, I would also give myself the liberty to advise anyone attempting to share screenshots to use a 3rd party image upload website, like imgur.com. Besides in imgur.com, as long as the webpage loads, you can press Ctrl+V and (assuming you've pressed Print Screen before) the image you captured is automatically uploaded. And now this is the same image I've attached at the end of the post, but this time uploaded at imgur.com and embedded here: And if you right click it and select "Open in new tab", it will open in a new tab at its full resolution. @LAMBDA471:

the pictures are automatically resized to a smaller resolution ….

That's how it should work. Storage space management is an important task for the admins.
Instead of attaching the image, i suggest you upload the image to your album and insert the link.
