MainType Font Manager was just released with support for the latest Unicode 17 (Draft), and some other neat features.
The cut-down version with a limited feature set is still freeware without any time limit for trying out the program, and deciding whether it is worth paying for.

I have been using Main Type 12 for a while now. I used it to quickly and easily reduce the number of fonts "available" to Windows programs. From 836 to 50. Got tired of searching through a drop down menu of hundreds of fonts that I never use.
Many years ago I did some font editing, but not so much anymore.

IrfanView Support is Dead
The support forum for IrfanView has succumbed to endless spam. I can no longer keep it away, and the site admin has more important things to do.
I don’t blame him; it is a huge time sink to fight spammers. -
