Vivaldi Mac and HTTPS

  • A while back, I tried setting up my personal website with Let's Encrypt. I wasn't able to get it working, and removed the encryption from my website, so now when I enter the url, it should automatically redirect to an http:// site instead of https://. This happens in every other browser - except Vivaldi. Even when I delete cookies/history, and try to force refresh the page, Vivaldi still tries to retrieve a secure version of my site which doesn't exist. Is there some way to force Vivaldi to serve the non-secure version? Thanks in advance.

  • You used HSTS and SSL? So the browser caches the SSL certificate.

    Open chrome://net-internals/#hsts
In section Delete domain search for the domain you want to get rid off

    That should work.
