Opening new tabs doesnt work

I installed this browser cuz it looked like it would work GREAT with my Windows 10 machine but I was terribly disappointed when I found out opening new tabs doesn't work for me. I open a new tab & the new tab cant be selected, I have to close it & do my work on the tab Im in which is NOT cool for me. How can something so simple not work?
