Can't get autocomplete site search from Address Bar to work
-
I have added several site's search engines as custom search engines in Vivaldi Desktop (Youtube and Amazon, for example). On other browsers I can start typing "you," and the address bar will autocomplete to "youtube.com." After that I can press tab to initiate a custom search within YouTube right from the address bar.
From what I've read this behavior is supposed to work similarly in Vivaldi, but pressing tab for me just jumps down to the next suggestion in the list of search suggestions instead of triggering the site search.
Am I misunderstanding something or is this a bug? Using the two-letter search shortcut that was created when I added YouTube as a custom search engine "yo" works, but auto-completing the URL and pressing tab does not. Thanks.

Well, Vivaldi is not "other browsers"
Just use the keyword.
I use
y
for Youtube. Much faster than typingyou
and pressing Tab. -
Fair enough. I read somewhere that the tab behavior I was describing was also supposed to work in Vivaldi Desktop, but that must have been inaccurate.
