the request here is for the "download location" folder to be used purely for default/temporary downloads, and be separate from "update default location when choosing save as location". let the download location be used as temporary download folder, but have the option use another variable instead of changing the default download location to tell the browser where to save a file.

this is so that when i use "save as", it remembers where i was last to save there, but when i click "open file" instead of save (ex. a zip file that i only need its content from) while downloading, the temporary file will go to the default downloads folder where it's easier to periodically clean up, instead of the folder i had last saved something else in, since this ends up leaving temporary files all over the hard drive in various folders.
