@DoctorG I think it was fixed in an earlier snapshot, when Vivaldi switched to Chromium 136.

Yes, i can not remember from all daily snapshots which i tested all fixes.

Bad news: it seems Vivaldi on Android is also affected by this problem, right now it happened to me. I'll come back with a recording once I'm able to reproduce it again, as it seems to not appear everytime.
