Is Vivaldi able to update itself when you're not the administrator?

What happens if you install Vivaldi for all users (in program files), some user is running as "user" (not admin) and a new version is being released? Does Vivaldi update itself? Will Vivaldi present the "new version is out window" and the normal user can press on the update button without invoking UAC? Normal users can update Firefox because the updater runs as a service, Opera and Chrome update through cronjobs (scheduled tasks), I haven't seen either with Vivaldi. How does the update system work here?
