Some thoughts
-
I have been using Vivaldi for the last few days and have fallen in love with this incredible browser. I do have some concerns though. 1) Once bookmarks have been imported I found that I had to open the sidebar then place them into the bookmarks toolbar. Wouldn't it be easier to just drag and drop directly from the imported bookmarks rather than open the sidebar? 2) Why should "all" downloads go to one place? I have many sub-folders in several folders. Having the option to select the destination sub-folder cuts out...download>locate file>move to preferred sub-folder. The option should apply to all downloads. 3) I can't find all of my extensions on the GUI. One in particular, Zenmate, has an active button what can't be seen anywhere on the toolbar (right side of the search box). FYI, the Zenmate button appears in both Firefox and Chrome. 4) Is there any reason for having a search box anywhere on the GUI? A user can open "setting>search>select search engine. Never mind...I found how to eliminate that search box. Feel like a fool.

- you have the option to select ANY folder as bookmarks bar - including "imported."
- you have the option to turn off "always save files to default download location" whereupon it will always ask you where to put a download.
- I dunno
- You figured it out.

Thanks!
- I imported to bookmarks toolbar. But I had to open sidebar to position the imported bookmarks in the toolbar.
- Got it! A note on that settings screen would be nice.
- Interesting(?)
- I did. Sometimes it helps to follow the directions.
