Force a dark theme on all websites - only in dark theme

Currently, one can configure Vivaldi to "Force a dark theme on all websites". I believe, that it would be useful, if it could be set separately for both Vivaldi themes (light / dark).
This would pair beautifully with OS wide light or dark theme:- light mode after sunrise + regular website mode,
- dark mode after sunset + dark mode for websites.

@pavel-pavlenda Won't use Vivaldi without this. They don't seem to care. The flag is there but it doesn't work. Back to Brave.

An astronomical unit could be built into Vivaldi, calculating sunrise and sunset times from user-defined coordinates. This would give independence from the light/dark system mode.
And add the ability to adjust the mode activation with +/- time offset, add exception days (weekends etc). Add the ability to save/set profiles: user in the city, in nature.
