Move up 'Undo bar' masking controls in SpeedDial

oHi fellas,
I'm often moving from normal mode tabs to private mode ones.
When closing a tab in 'normal mode', the 'undo closing' bar appears on top of bottom controls, but when switching to Speed Dial, it covers them, which is really annoying.
Could it be move up so we don't have to wait for it to disappear to select 'private mode' tabs ?
