Chrome webview based Apps won't work.

Be sure to declare the "webview" permission in your manifest file. Even though the webview permission is present in the manifest file. [b]Vivaldi version: [/b] 1.2.490.43 [b]Operating System: [/b] Mac OS X 10.11.5 [b]Tested[/b] With other webview based apps from the webstore as well. Same here! I install Floating for YouTube extension and it does not work too. In the DevTools, same error:

Manifest file contains webview, so permissions okay..

So.. Why developers do not pay attention to it? How to fix that problem?
