Same here! I install Floating for YouTube extension and it does not work too. In the DevTools, same error:
You do not have permission to use the webview element. Be sure to declare

Manifest file contains webview, so permissions okay..
"permissions": [ "webview", "alwaysOnTopWindows", "storage", "fullscreen" ],
So.. Why developers do not pay attention to it? How to fix that problem?
