Open feeds in a separate tab from mail

If the two are truly separate, then opening one should not replace the other in an existing tab.
I like to have a pinned tab of mail and feeds, respectively, but this doesn't work, because they just open in the same tab. This forces me to go to the panel every time instead of the tab.

@Geniusak Good request. To put it politely, sharing the same tab is amateurish AND slows the workflow.
