The bugs team reacted quickly and I got a email reminding me to update to the newest release. I updated to Vivaldi to the most recent 2.9.1719.3 (Official Build) (64-bit) and the problem appears to have gone away. 🙂

I have what could be the same problem on a Samsung Galaxy Book running windows10 pro 64 bit. No buttons respond to the pen with the usual single peck or repeated ones. This includes the back buttons and the standard windows close button.

@pesala Wish I knew more about coding (as I once did before code got all newfangled, lol), I'd love to work on V and help get some features ready. ...yes, this comment has no point other than to voice my frustration at not keeping up with coding! lol
