@908 F11 is a shortcut. F and D are access keys.

Access Keys are generated automatically, though they can be hardwired by editing the menu and adding an ampersand (&) before the desired access key. The Search Engine access keys are hard-wired to the engine’s position in the list. In the menu customisation dialog they are shown as [All search engines] or [All search engines](as Subfolder).

You can open Notepad, and then save the file having the .css extension. Also, make sure you have the "File name extensions" option checked in File Explorer to make sure that the file ends with .css.

It can be any folder, not mandatorily the folder where Vivaldi is installed, but generally it's okay to choose a more "hidden" location so the chances to delete it by accident are low.

So, what is the use case you have in mind?

Because today you already have the ability to send any pages to whatever workspace you want. What are you expecting to be different?

Thanks, unchecking animations on the OS level helped. Would have preferred if it wasn't linked.

I also used to disable animations on the OS level but I probably decided to use animations for an evaluation period and forgot to turn it off.

It's interesting that you recommend vivaldi:settings/privacy/ instead of chrome:settings/content/siteData.

While these two options look similar, I've found Vivaldi's syntax for whitelisting to be too limited. The main problem for me was the following:

Vivaldi forces users to avoid regex in domains. You can imagine how many subdomains a user has to add, for example, to make Google core services work.

Instead, chromium encourages the use of regex:

So most of google services cookies domains can be described with one line.

Are there some reasons to stick with Vivaldi settings?

Thanks for the quick update. Then only the manual add button would actually be the requirement in the request. Because saving via the (existing Chrome page works in Vivaldi). A direct way would certainly be helpful for some users.
