@luetage is right. You change your user agent to "mislead" websites, not browsers. If you use an extension that changes your user agent and you want to find out what it looks like to the websites you visit, just search for "what is my user agent" in google or another search engine. That shows you the fake UA string, whereas the one stated on the vivaldi://about is always relevant.
