Hi everyone, I fixed it. So the issue was that my outgoing server was automatically set up by the Windows app when I logged in. So the solution is to manage the account, change sync settings, then click on the advanced settings and change the outgoing server to Vivaldi's SMTP server as shown in this link: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/176/vivaldi-net-email

server: smtp.vivaldi.net
StartTLS Port: 587
Auth: Your Vivaldi user name and password
The incoming server isn't necessary to change since it work regardless. The formatting for the outbox: smtp.vivaldi.net:587
