Snapshot 1.0.365.3 - First fixes for 2016
-
Happy New year! To celebrate, here is our first snapshot with some new settings and even more bug fixes.
-
Yey, Happy New year team
-
Yes! Indeed, last year was a very good year for us Vivaldi users! Hope to see that stable version soon!
Thanks for the new snapshot so early. I thought we'd only see that next week!
Hope everyone here's had a nice time during the holidays, but now it's on to the stable release!

Awesome! Another Snapshot!
Vivaldi should definitely be in the top 5 list of browsers!

Thanks for the VB-11832 fix. That was a rather annoying bug.
An aside: It would be great if you could get the history page to fit 100% width, that way it can be used in a web panel.
-
Brilliant! I just happened to update the Speed Dial tile, not expecting anything dramatic!
One question: top of comments says 'Comments (4)' but there are only three… -
Happy new year, thanks for the fixes!
Still no tab closing options though, I can't believe this. Is this so difficult to implement or is it just no priority (which I can't understand)?
-
Hello, I translated Vivaldi into Georgian language. Can you tell me when it will be added?
-
Happy new year, thanks for the fixes.
F12 and Ctrl-shift-I still don't work
(Linux 64-bit) -
I was believing that new snapshot will come soon after new year start.
If you start Vivaldi (doesn't matter if it is opened with no or with tabs) you can't click down arrow for address bar history. First you have to click to address bar to give focus and than, down arrow is ungrayed.
Second issue. I have one portal here, which during logout it opens another small tab with disconecting info and blabla and then it disappers and it will log me out of page. This is ok. I remember that older snapshot did this. Now, recent snapshots, it will close that small tab, but it leaves me on page still logged on.

Happy New year,
… and GMX MailCheck extension bug still not fixes
-
Don't worry. One of our devs is looking at it already (VB-9592)
-
Thanks for your help with it!
I have Ilya look at it so we can get it in ASAP (VB-11959) -
Thank you so much for fixing a lot of the Alt functions in Vivaldi, and how it works with the mouse! There's still some odd things happening like pressing Alt while moving the mouse, but it's so much better than it was before!
I still notice that Vivaldi uses a LOT of RAM. I've got it open with new Opera, and the main process uses over 120MB while Opera's uses around 50MB, over 2x the difference. Some of the mini processes use over 100-200MB, which is quite a lot, while Opera has many small ones, and only one of theirs goes above 100MB.
I'm looking forward to the stabilizing of Vivaldi and to the (hopefully) soon release of the stable version!

Am I the only one seeing FB auth. log in tabs (meant to be small pop-ups but it shows as tab in Vivaldi - as intended) time to time stays and you do not log in? (one have to close the FB auth. page, click again on "log me with FB" or whatever and hope for the best…).
Scenario 2 is that it logs you in but FB auth. page remains (do not close itself)
time to time it goes all well without problems.
W8.1 x64 with last 10 or so snapshots... (including this one) -
I hope there will be an option to open Speed Dial with the home button
-
vivaldi://downloads
I love the new look
-
Oh wow, that's neat! Is that just for Vivaldi or for Chrome as well?
