@tande You could try excluding the url: vivaldi://startpage. Can you show here the code that you wrote? Are you using an extension or did you modified the browsers files?

Like i said, i made a custom.css (to import on the common.ss and browser.html).
I don't know if have a better way to place it, but there is it:
.vivaldi { display: none; } #header { min-height: 0px !important; z-index: auto !important; } .window-buttongroup { margin-top: 0px !important; z-index: 99 !important; } #tabs-container.top {padding-left: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important; z-index:10 !important;} .toolbar{ z-index: 2; } .toolbar-addressbar{ position: fixed !important; width: 100%; transform: translateY(-100%); opacity: 0; transition: transform 0.2s, opacity 0.5s !important; z-index: 1; } .toolbar-addressbar:hover{ transform: translateY(0); opacity: 1; } .toolbar:hover ~ .toolbar-addressbar{ transform: translateY(0); opacity: 1; } #header:hover ~ #main .toolbar-addressbar{ transform: translateY(0); opacity: 1; } .webpanel-header{ z-index: 0; }```

Sure, https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/11298/vivaldihooks-more-useful-mods
I've tested it, works. Too bad doesn't appear on F8 but only on mouseover, still nice to have if one wants it this way. -
