Lost all tabs from last session
-
The browser froze but I was able to exit in a "normal" manner. On restart all my tabs from the last session were gone. Is there any way of recovering them?

Nope. Sorry. Sometimes a crash causes the current session to not be saved. I suppose that's not necessarily a bad thing. If a given tab was crashing the browser, then clearing the session would save you from a crash loop.

For avoiding crash loops, it would be better if after a crash, it asked what to do; something like:
Your last session closed unexpectedly. Would you like to start:
(•) As usual (Your current setting: Last session)
( ) Last session
( ) Homepage
( ) Start Page
( ) Specific Pages (None set in Vivaldi settings)
[Continue]And maybe the dialog should also have two buttons marked:
Copy last session to Vivaldi_Recovered_[YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS] (Vivaldi session file)
Attempt to export last session as "[userpath]\Documents\Vivaldi_Recovered_[YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS].csv (comma separated value file)(The latter since the crashed sessions's binary session file might well be unusably corrupted, but if some tab titles and URLs could at least be extracted, that might at least help the user.)

i am with the same problem, when i got the new build or when I restart, or back only the pinned tabs or none

The same problem, after any normal restart I see only pinned tabs.
Opera 1.3.519.25.The similar issue: https://vivaldi.net/en-US/forum/vivaldi-browser/12243-open-tabs-lost
As workaround I use Session Buddy extension yet.
