Report: Instant continuous HDD usage due to faulty I/O

Opened Speedial and saw this: https://i.imgur.com/inPkuiz.jpg Vivaldi started to constantly use HDD for writing/reading: https://i.imgur.com/6qNaifX.jpg Waited for a few minutes, no changes. Closed it but the process was still active, utilizing HDD. Killed it, restarted, same issue. Killed again, started with ProcMon. This was in the threads: https://i.imgur.com/A7yKGQL.jpg FileMon revealed that process tried to work with following files: [b]User Data\Default\Top Sites (was 30Mb) User Data\Default\Top Sites-wal[/b] (did not exist) [b]User Data\Default\Top Sites-journal[/b] Upon deletion issue was resolved.
