As described on subject, I frequently use [b]ctrl+b[/b] to make a text [b]bold[/b] Each time as the text is being bold it also opening the bookmarks manager! CTRL + B should use for making text bold/ unbold, not for opening bookmarks.

CTRL + B should use for making text bold/ unbold, not for opening bookmarks.It has been reported many times. I reported it in May, but some bugs take longer to fix than others.
(VB-17731) Default Shortcut for Bookmarks Manager Should not be Ctrl B
You can easily set another shortcut such as Ctrl + Shift + B for the Bookmarks Manager.

Okay, here's a sideways question on this: is there a way to "mute" Vivaldi's keyboard shortcut bindings when in a WYSIWYG edit window? Or is that something that should be added (or is already added) to the Feature Request list?
