Bug: Can't remove gestures
-
I wanted to remove some of the mouse gestures that I don't use (for example, close tab, which I don't want to do by accident) so I went into the settings and did that, but afterwards I found that the remaining gestures didn't work properly. For example, the "new tab" gesture (drag straight down) caused the page to reload.

I'm still using 1.2.490.43, so I guess I'll wait and see if the next update fixes it.

@Gwen-Dragon:
if you like you can test the Snapshot, it will install separately from Vivaldi Stable.
What? Not unless you set it to standalone. Otherwise it replaces the stable version, and vice-versa. They install to the same location with the same settings.
Edit: Of course Linux installs them separately. Ignore this bone-headed remark. See below.

Ayespy, are you sure? This is the Linux stream, not Windows. I know your advice is correct for Windows, but back in 2015 when i still used Stable [or whatever it was called then] as well as Snapshot, they always installed into separate dedicated directories, like GD said. I've not used Stable for maybe a year now; did the original arrangement change?
Oh, Geez. You're right. Linux installs them as different products. I totally spaced that this was Linux. And here, a year ago, I was reminding people that Linux installs and runs Stable and Snapshots separately. My bad.
