Where is the user configured search engine data base located please?
-
Greetings: I have innumerable search engines configured for all of the Blink clones, and I can interchange the "web data" file for every single one of them and carry them with me from profile to profile. However, that is not the case with Vivaldi. I've asked this question once, and I didn't get a reply, so I'll ask again in the event someone has figured it out. How can I import my "web data" search engines into Vivaldi? The "web data" swap doesn't work, so they must be stored elsewhere. I can't locate the .db, and I've even tried adding a search engine within Vivaldi, closing the browser, andthen looked for the most recently modified file, but to no avail. Certainly this must be possible with an sqlite browser? Thanks in advance/

Can you explain what a Blink Clone is? Is the 'web data' a database of the searches done? (Just curious) Thanks

By Blink Clone, I mean the various Chromium based browsers - Chrome, Cent Browser, Slimjet, Opera, Comodo, Yandex, etc. In each case, the search engine data base (including both default search engines and user added custom search engines) is stored in the default profile folder in a file called "web data"

I'll have a look…thanks.

Could it be here?
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Vivaldi\User Data\Default\databases ??
