@Dancer18 To enter emoji, press Windows Key + period then start typing the name of the emoji.

You mean from the menu? If you use Gnome install MenuLibre app and add to the Command field:
Not sure if MenuLibre works with KDE. Probably KDE has it's own menu config tool.
