Hi, Is it already a known bug?
windows 7 x64 sp1
No matter how fast you scroll zooming step is 10%. You can open Opera 12 or Firefox to compare: 100-140% or 100-160% depending on how fast you hit a mouse wheel. -
I am sure it's not a bug. Opera 12.17 also scrolls in 10% steps.
In Vivaldi, you can now enter a specific view percentage in the status bar at the right of the zoom slider.

I know there is 10% step. But you can scroll with different force.
I scrolled only once here (Opera 12.15)100 - 170 %

I scrolled only once here (Opera 12.15)You still had the move the wheel past seven notches.
Scroll a tad more slowly and give Vivaldi time to register the first scroll movement before inputting another.

Well, I still think it is a bug, because previous Vivaldi dev versions work fine. And all other browsers have normal "reactive" zoom:
- Opera 12.15
- Google Chrome 50.0.2661.102
- Firefox
I don't like current slow zooming behavior. I hope it will be fixed.

The zooming function is barely working when my T100HA works in tablet mode. It toggles between 100 and 180%… If I plug the keyboard the computer turns into desktop mode, and then I can adjust UI and web page zoom levels correctly. The issue is not just with the status bar cursor, but also in the settings menu. It has also become very slow to load web pages since this snapshot. Hope this is a known issue. I'll open the resource monitor to see if the cpu is hogged down.

What about an easy option to customize the SD grid, and an option to have the GO button close to the address field (and the search box)?
Those are features that likely aren't just around the corner, they are frequently asked, and are less at risk of being superseded after a week or two, like what happened with Alt+n or close the tabs to the right. Making your efforts more survivable, hence more worth.

Like this?

I don't care about this "risk" I make patches mostly for myself, and I like the process.

I don't want to open another topic so I just ask here. Installing the Snapshot and the Stable one side by side should work if I install them in different directories, right?
