Vivaldi called with multiple threads in process gpu-process
-
Hello everybody, I'm using vivaldi-stable 1.1.453.59 on ubuntu 16.04. I have been using it as my default browser for a while and every thing was ok untill yesterday. The browser never showed up and the computer's performance went down. Running the ps -el command shows multiple processes (more than 20! )called vivaldi-bin. Running Vivaldi from the terminal results in the next error: [26409:26409:0513/131354:ERROR:sandbox_linux.cc(334)] InitializeSandbox() called with multiple threads in process gpu-process Today the ubuntu system was updated. I tried again to open Vivaldi but the result was the same. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again, checked dependencies but it just won't work. Any ideas on how to fix this?

My somewhat related issue: Vivaldi 1.1 has crashed on me a few times. When this happens, the browser windows disappear but the processes remain running. Then I have to type```
killall vivaldi-bin -
