Blurry Browser

I am using the dev (64bit version) of Vivaldi. I was wondering if anybody could tell me why my Vivaldi window keeps going blurry like this. I am at a loss for what could be causing it. Sorry, I can not see your image in the full resolution. Are you using Windows 8 or Windows 8.1?
I once had this issue with Chrome.
Rightclick on Vivaldi -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Disable diplay scalings on high DPI settings.
When you open a new window now, it should not be blurry again. It should be even possible to set the scaling globally via the Set-Resolution-Window somehow.
Maybe this link helps you: howtogeek.com - fix-blurry-fonts

I am on Windows 10 Pro x64. I am at 1080p with no DPI scaling whatsoever. I will try it, but since I have not messed with DPI scaling, it will not do anything.

Update:Ok, so I am one to eat my own words when I am wrong, do give me a jug of milk to wash them down with. that setting had not worked in the past to fix this issue, but it seems to have fixed it now. I will keep this post alive if it reoccurs.
Only time will tell, it is a very sporadic thing.

Anyway you can try to play with the following command line switches:
**–force-device-scale-factor=**X (X=2 means double linear increase aka quad area increase)
and/or
**–high-dpi-support=**y (y can be 0 or 1)
