Have any of you developed an efficient way of using notes?

...so I'm putting this here.
Have any of you developed an efficient way of using notes? I clip all the time and find myself with a long list of random notes; some still or interest, others not so.
To help the situation, I created some subject folders but find that drag/dropping from the lower parts of the list onto folder is a real PITA. Maybe there's another way.
I could probably come up w a few feature requests that might solve this but, before I add to the team's list, I'd like to see what I've missed.
Comments/suggestions? TIA

@janrif Drag and Drop works fine for me in the Notes Panel or Notes Tab.
Shortcuts Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V can also be used to cut and paste notes to other folders.

Thanks. .... but I'm not sure how that helps as I still have to scroll to the subject folder & drop (or paste) the material there. It's all the scrolling that's making me nutz -- my own fault -- not Vivaldi's -- that I let items accumulate until I find the time to put anything in order. I could also make use of search......

@janrif Unfortunately, I don't think there is any way to make tidying up less difficult if you don't do it regularly. A menu of right-click, move to, and then choosing a folder won't put the notes in the right order, and you might still have a mess of folders to look through.
Selecting multiple notes at once with Ctrl+Click and Shift+Click before cutting might help a bit.

Thanks. And thanks for the multiple clipping tip; didn't know that!
What comes to my mind is an identical system @gmg implemented in the mail module, i.e. give the note snippet a label and it moves to the right folder.
