Vivaldi closes tab in rolled up window instead of active window

Vivaldi on Ubuntu 20.10:
Vivaldi 3.5.2131.8 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Revision 54623542a7b50026e94a1fe8343fcd7fd636b248
OS Linux
JavaScript V8 8.7.220.29

User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/87.0.4280.88 Safari/537.36
Command Line /usr/bin/vivaldi-snapshot --flag-switches-begin --flag-switches-end --origin-trial-disabled-features=SecurePaymentConfirmation --save-page-as-mhtml
Executable Path /opt/vivaldi-snapshot/vivaldi-snapshotI have two windows with several tabs open.
Window1 is rolled up.
In Window2, I open a new tab, and then close it with Ctrl-W. The active tab does not disappear, and the current tab in the rolled up window gets closed instead.
This only happens when Window1 is rolled up, and never when if it's open.I can right-click in the side bar and chose reopen closed tab to get it back.

Same problem with

under ubuntu 20.10 -

Rolled up means only the title bar is displayed.
This used to be the default behaviour of a double-click on the title bar. Nowadays the default is usually to maximize because of Windows but roll up is still available with most window managers. -
@xavierrr Right, this is called shade under KDE. Well I tried this:
I have two windows with several tabs open.
Window1 is rolled up.
In Window2, I open a new tab, and then close it with Ctrl-W. The active tab does not disappear, and the current tab in the rolled up window gets closed instead.and I can't confirm it in my case. Did you try reproducing this "issue" in a new clean profile?
vivaldi-stable --user-data-dir=/tmp/vivtest &

Just tried in a brand new user and the same behaviour can be reproduced.
