Password in the clear on ubuntu
-
On Ubuntu after install and sync, passwords are displayed in the clear and are no prompt for a password as in Windows. This is a clear security risk
Any tips on how to fix this?

@gwen-dragon This does not sound very secure and certainly I don't like it. There is a big difference between the software allowing someone who comes upon my unlocked desktop being able to go to a web site and log in as me, and them being able to see all my passwords and export them. Again a pretty big security risk.
Almost every single system I have ever seen wants to see your old password before it will let you give a new password in order make sure its you.
Vivaldi should be doing this as well.
