Implement opt-in telemetry to transfer feature usage statistics for developers

Will be good to implement opt-in telemetry to transfer feature usage statistics for developers.
For real useful feedback developers need the app interaction data: which menu items and buttons are used often, which are less, where users clicks frequently, etc.
Yes, many users often post feedback on forum, that is tracked. But they publish feedback only for most annoying issues, or most needed features, but no one will be ready to wasting time for publish things like "Here is the optimal list of menuitems in right-click menu with best order".
I know, that opinion of most of users on telemetry collection is bad, but...
But there are many other users (including me), that really want to help improving the apps usability by submitting more detailed telemetry! And adding ability to enable the opt-in telemetry will give them chance to help developers with understanding user interaction flows of his apps, without upset the other part of users, that afraid the telemetry totally.

@murz Personally I wouldn't mind Vivaldi using telemetry, but I believe Jon Von Tetzchner has said several times that they do not believe user telemetry gives good data on what users actually want.
Using telemetry you just end up with what the lowest common denominator of user wants. And you end up doing what other browsers do, removing lots of useful features that are still used by a minority of very dedicated users, dumbing down the browser to accomodate the masses with no technical skills, and alienating the users who loved the browser in the first place.
Vivaldi wants to listen to its users, and not see them as data points and statistics to be mined.
