Swap 'Open in new window' & 'Open in background tab'

This is kind of a subjective opinion, but I find that 'Open link in new window' being above 'Open link in new background tab' in the right click menu is very annoying and counter-intuitive - at least for me, I NEVER open links in a new window (except by accident when I missclick! UGH) , I do however open them in new background tabs often - it's something that kind-of annoys me in other browsers as well. Most of them don't have an 'Open link in new background tab' option, and their behavior for 'Open link in new tab' varies (some interpret it as 'Open link in new tab and change tab focus' others as 'Open link in new background tab'). I'm sure there's a keyboard shortcut I could use, but it's just a tiny quality of life change I'd like to see implemented at some point. tldr; BAD: [ul] [li]Open link in new tab[/li] [li]Open link in new window[/li] [li]Open link in new background tab[/li] [/ul] Good: [ul] [li]Open link in new tab[/li] [li]Open link in new background tab[/li] [li]Open link in new window[/li] [/ul]

There's no right or wrong here — just a matter of how individuals like to work or what they are accustomed to.
Considering that Vivaldi is built with Old Opera users in mind, the defaults should be the same, but customisable is the only way to please everyone.

Maybe try middle click (Mouse not keyboard )?

No, there's no objective way to decide which is right, and it's possible that it stems from my use of old Opera (the picture you posted is exactly what I would suggest). Even so, I think an argument could be made that 'Open link in new tab' and 'Open link in new background tab' are more similar, and therefore should be closer to each other. Another way to decide it, would be to do some usage statistics on which of the functions are used most frequently, and then order them by 'popularity'.
I am using Vivaldi on my laptop (using touch-pad), so no middle mouse-click available

Alternative argument  is grouping by :-
"open in foreground" tab/window
"open in background" tab/windowWhat I would like is an option to edit the menu to order by user preference
