View Page Info options are now more limited as of version 1.0.209.3

When I right-click on a page and click on View Page Info, the site settings are much more limited than they have been up until version 1.0.209.3. Is this by design or is this a regression? I hope it's by temporary regression because I like to run my browser with javascript disabled globally and enable javascript for certain websites based on need or personal preference. It's now much more clumsy to enable/disable javascript for individual websites. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I see a radio button to disallow JS on all sites, and by the side of that I see an Exceptions button.
So it looks like one can either allow all and set up exceptions for sites where it's not allowed, or disallow all and setup sites where it is allowed.

Yes, that's right, Pesala. Before 1.0.209.3, one could enable/disable javascript and other things much more easily by simply right-clicking the page and clicking View Page Info. A much wider selection of options was present upon doing this than there is presently in version 1.0.209.3. Now, one must type in website names, etc. in vivaldi://chrome/settings/contentExceptions#javascript . It's a much more inefficient and clumsy process now.

Well, this doesn't look like a good "innovation". Previously it was much like Opera 12, where you could just set it for the site you are on. Why would they change to this clumsier method, I wonder?

I totally agree. Old way was very useful and I hope this is just regression caused by updating Chromium version to 44, and will be fixed soon. Unfortunately not fixed yet in 1.0.212.3.

I hope it's not a permanent 'design decision' to remove detailed page options.
Still not present in 1.0.233.3.

I could see all current site permissions in one place and with one mouse click and now I have to navigate clumsy settings menu…It's not a "design decision." Far from it. It is a limitation imposed by Chromium 44, and the developers will have to figure out a way to write their way around it.

It's really not surprising. The big players have to cater for the majority of users.

A pity… right now it's one of two things that block me from using Vivaldi as my default chrome-based browser (main browser is palemoon, but there are few websites that work better with chrome). It's not that I absolutely require this feature, but without it Vivaldi is not much different from current Opera, and less stable than it.

While we are (hopefully) waiting for full functionality…
Can we have a small alternative - when entering 'site settings' from page info and creating a new javascript/image exception, by default fill in current site so we don't have to copy/paste it or type manually -
