Duplicate sources.list entry
-
When I install BOTH the TP and snapshot, and run "sudo apt-get update", I get this error:
W: Duplicate sources.list entry http://repo.vivaldi.com/archive/deb/ stable/main amd64 Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/repo.vivaldi.com_archive_deb_dists_stable_main_binary-amd64_Packages) W: Duplicate sources.list entry http://repo.vivaldi.com/archive/deb/ stable/main i386 Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/repo.vivaldi.com_archive_deb_dists_stable_main_binary-i386_Packages) W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
I know how to solve this, but doesn't anyone else get this error? When I installed vivaldi over a month ago I got this problem. I fixed it myself and guessed that many had the same problem and that it would be solved. But now I re-installed vivaldi and got this error again, so the bug obviously still there.

Another problem that I face is when I right click, the options is blacked out.
So for the time I cant use vivaldi. But It wil be fixed in future I assume…

Furthermore, there is this error message, how should the entry look exactly in sources.list?
Is as you can see on the graph, we did not accept…

Hi,
We are aware of this problem and working on a solution. In the meantime I guess you will have to cope by manual editing and such. I use Synaptic's repo interface which is easy to work with if you do not like the terminal or editing the sources directly.

Hi Christian, the error seems to be resolved, it is since Thursday, a new entry in my vivaldi-beta.list and Synaptic also no longer complains, thank you.
