32bit .deb package is broken(?). After installing vivaldi-sandbox file has 0755 chmod, when it needs 4755.

What Linux are You using? It worked out well for me: being sure it was fully downloaded, I clicked the .deb and had to do no more. Make sure of the difference between 32 and 64 bit architecture in the OS and applications, and make sure the difference between KDE and GNOME releases. This is tested from my side in Linux Mint and Kali; separate machines; both works.
