First!

Wow daily Schnaps, must be close
-
Keep 'em coming
-
I have noticed one problem with tabs:
If you drag them fast, they fails to reorder!
Why modern apps tries to transform users to slowpokes? -
Hi,
I receive many RC Download links broken using a Mobile.
Is that correct?
Mostly Linux x64 on Snap
Even Winx64 on Stable
-
@zalex108: I am not sure I quite follow what you are saying. Are the links broken (in that they fail to download) for you?
Why would you download desktop from your mobile?

In response to the closed topic:
@Ruarí said in Vivaldi 3.7 RC 1 – Vivaldi Desktop Browser snapshot 2218.32/34:
@mossman: It works here on top, left, right and bottom. Do you have any mods? Does it work with a clean profile? What OS are you on again?
Okay this is strange... today it is working (very clunky and unintuitive, but the dotted box is actually appearing in different positions).
I was just replying that I have no mods or anything like that and went to check another laptop with the same setup - where it worked - and then I come back here and it works here too.
Yet it was completely impossible to reorder tabs here yesterday and also a couple of days ago - which I think was on another machine.
-
@mossman: I'll now update and check again...

Just rechecked,
Some seems fixed, some still broken.Mac 10.10+ is a broken link.First time still have errors,
Now seems ok.Maybe too many connections at once?
Thank you

@pathduck: Might be one more for the drag and drop speed dial issue but we are close yes. There are outstanding security issue that require an update to stable, so other issues will likely be in a minor update to 3.7 but I still want to hear about them!!!
-
@vort: well that is not the intention. If it is slowing you down it is likely a bug rather than by design
-
@mossman Tabs are re-ordering on the bottom bar for both updated laptops.
-
@Ruarí PDF files still don't open directly in browser but are first to be saved, although in settings widewine-plugin and internal viewer are checked (activated).
-
@mossman: cool!
-
& to continue this spamming…
input focus is finally back in the URL bar
Well, it is. Even if I’ve forbidden it to be.
-
@dancer18: That is probably highly dependent on the website and how the pdf is served, e.g. what headers.
I see no such issue with this pdf link for example which uses
content-type: application/pdf

@Ruarí Thank you, that's obviously so. Last time I saw the other version I tried to open a pdf-file that was mailed to me as an attachment...

From snapshot 2218.3, for me every windows x64 installer is broken when vivaldi isnt installed at the system giving me the error at the picture (tested at three different systems). If vivaldi is installed the installer is working fine.
Also windows 2209.03 x64 installer is the last working installer for me even if vivaldi is not installed at the system. -
@Zalex108 hmm…
