@derDay Yes tried, i don't encounter the problem. Have you tried waiting a few more seconds? The counters don't appear to me immediately but after about 2/3 seconds, maybe it depends on how many feeds you have.
-
@ugly I can confirm that.
Windows 8.1, Vivaldi x64 -
At the moment the Vteam seems to be spread between M3 and adding new features. But all bugs reported in Snapshots but slipping into my Stable does not speak well of the browser.
Especially all bugs with the bottom bar lately. Like, what is this? People never change their tab bar position, so it's the first thing they notice if they are using the tab bar at all. Stuff has to be tested and working on all 4 sides! Vivaldi makes the tab bar more than a basic, non-optional browser feature, but that shouldn't exclude it from working as well as the basic stuff does work.
I don't think anyone would really mind if releases would be slowed down a bit for more thorough bug fixing. After all, you would expect a team working on 3 things (M3, new features, bugs) to be less efficient than the same team working on 2 things.

@ugly: hmm... yes
-
I have obscure favicons on the tab bar with this version:

@juanvase: VB-77764 cannot reproduce this.

FWIW, this is exactly how it has always been since long before I even arrived in Vivaldi and I arrived several years ago. M3 has a very long history.
Regarding testing. We do 10s of thousands of automated tests daily but bugs will slip through.
I don't think anyone would really mind if releases would be slowed down a bit for more thorough bug fixing.
But you would because the release schedule is dictated by upstream Chromium and if we did not do our best to follow it, you would not have a secure browser.
Perhaps you should mention (again?) what your exact issue with tabs on the bottom is.

@boruta: Thanks for confirming. I saw someone else confirm it too.
@potmeklecbohdan: I haven't found a workaround that consistently works. I just found out that sometimes I can move a bookmark out of a folder, but not back in. It might be related to folders that are not top level, but at least a level deeper (e.g. `/folder/folder/Bookmark) because moving bookmarks in and out of top level folders now seems fine. Just found out that I'm unable to rename some bookmarks - I don't know if it's related, it might be.

Can't speak for others but I CAN NOT drag and drop tabs AT ALL now!
I hadn't been testing this in the recent snapshots and only just noticed it (see message a little bit up thread) - I hadn't filed a big report since I presumed other users testing this must have noticed it already...
-
@mossman: It works here on top, left, right and bottom. Do you have any mods? Does it work with a clean profile? What OS are you on again?
-
@guigirl: ???
-
@av1: Not sure. Do you have any mods? Can you reproduce on a clean profile? What is you OS.
-
@gwen-dragon: This is behind a flag

@Folgore101
