[Bug] No obvious way to restore/close fullscreened DevTools
-
Reported already via bug report form; reposting here (with corrections for a few typos I just realized I made in the bug submission), to reduce likelihood of someone else taking their time to report it too: 1. Maximize window (by clicking the button or pressing Ctrl-Cmd-f) 2. Open DevTools (Ctrl-click on current page > Inspect Element) 3. DevTools is now open in full-screen, with no window chrome (so no window close/restore buttons) . It cannot be toggled out of full screen mode via Ctrl-Command-f. Also, if you now close a tab, then reopen the closed tab from the tab trash bin, the page may possibly reopen not in the window it previously inhabited, but in this uncloseable chromeless maximized window previously used by DevTools. (This may be related to the fact that in general Vivaldi doesn't reliably restore closed tabs to the window they previously existed in -- a seperate bug.) What did you expect to happen: The DevTools can be full screen, but it should at least have the close button and restore buttons, and should respond to Ctrl-Cmd-f (and, for that matter, Cmd-w to close) What had actually happened: You get stuck with the maximized DevTools window until Vivaldi is restarted. Vivaldi version: 1.0.275.3 Operating system: Mac OS X 10.10.5 P.S.: I now see that this also happens if you simply maximize the DevTools window manually by clicking on its own button, even if it wasn't spawned in fullscreen mode.
