I am getting a bird on my browser why?
-
I am getting a bird on my browser after a short time
Have a look webhouses.co.uk/cart.php
It has never happened with any other browser.
-
I even had the dead bird on this when I changed the tab. The previous tab had the dead bird when I left webhouses.co.uk/cart.php.
I do not get this on my Vivaldi Mobile only on my desktop.
Never seen a browser that does this. I just tried the Tor Browser and that was OK.

@Gwen-Dragon said in I am getting a bird on my browser why?:
@bscho Please read https://help.vivaldi.com/article/troubleshooting-issues/ and check if something in article can help.
It does not cover this. It must be a bug.
-
@Gwen-Dragon I have since found it is not a bug though it should explain itself better. It is the same as the Oops crash on Firefox.
I am getting a lot now more on Firefox though. But only on one machine a second does not get them even though it is on the same router.
On the first I am using Fedora 32 and the second using MakukuFlash with 3d and wobbly windows which is the best operating system you can get. The second machine is the fastest with the AMD Series 7 3700X
If anyone has any ideas how to send the dead bird to heaven please let me know.

@bscho Have a chat with the site designer about web design
Just one thumbnail is a half a Mbyte. They should downsize the thumbnails
-
@Pesala Web designer??? No person deserving of that already questionable title has ever laid their hand on that site. Did you visit the monster?
A few more things to notice: Site has a
.co.uk
address, but it hasn’t been created by a native English speaker. It advertises the obscure Makulu Linux. Let’s take a look at OP, who isn’t a native English speaker either and uses as second Linux distribution the non‐existing MakukuFlash, which sounds a lot like Makulu. Bite me, but I think it isn’t a stretch to assume that OP’s site is killing all those birds ^^ -

I visited. I am left with funny confused feelings.

@LonM Have you ordered the mussels at your local gas station?
-
Felt like 1997 all over again. 16,60 MB. Wow.

Guys, maybe keep focus on helping the user with their issue, instead of insulting the designer of the web page? A page should not crash Vivaldi, and that is what should be focused on.
@bscho Have you tried the site in a different, clean profile as outlined in the troubleshooting document?
Did you try disabling extensions?If you can reproduce the issue in a clean profile, then you can report it to the bug tracker:
https://vivaldi.com/bugreport/Please also paste the output of Help > About in a code block:
```
like this
Quite right. I'll offer some advice: If you are getting dead birds, you should be getting corresponding crash dump files in your profile. attaching those to a bug report would be helpful.
